Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not happy with your product on receipt, please call us on 03 379 8500 or email us to discuss a replacement or refund. Goods must be returned within 10 days in their original order. Refunds will be processed, however a 10% handling fee will be charged. All returned goods must be undamaged and in the original packaging. The cost of returning goods will be at the customers own cost.

Pricing & Stock availability

All prices are in NZ Dollars and are inclusive of GST

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Some special prices will apply to onoline sales only, and may not be available in store. On the occasion where we may not be able to supply goods due to sell outs or delays by our suppliers, we will make every effort to either supply as soon as possible or provide alternative goods.

Warranty

There is a manufacturers warranty on all goods sold by Cycle Warehouse Limited (these may vary between suppliers and products). If a product fails due to faulty manufacture, we will refund (in full) or exchange the item.

Privacy & Security

We hold your personal details to enable us to process your order and/or maintain your account with us. We will never make your personal details available to other parties. We may use your details to communicate with you, however if at any time you wish us to cease doing so, please contact us and advise accordingly.

Your purchases take place across a secure environment using SSL encryption to ensure your details cannot be accessed. The http at the top of the browser will become https when payment information is requested.

Shipping

We will supply a quote for freight via return email on purchase of the goods.
